Privacy Notice
The operator of this parking area records your plate number and parking times to compute and collect your parking fee. Parkie Solutions Corp. processes them on the operator’s behalf, only to show and collect your fee. We never see your card or e-wallet details, and we never sell your data.
1. Who we are
Parkie Solutions Corp. (“Parkie”) is a Philippine technology company that provides digital parking software to parking operators. The operator of this parking area (named on its signage) decides how your parking records are used; Parkie processes them on its behalf. For this checkout page and its security, Parkie is responsible.
2. What we collect
- Your plate number and vehicle type (car or motorcycle).
- The parking area, and your entry, exit and payment times.
- Your parking fee, payment status, payment method and reference number.
- Your device’s IP address and browser details, to keep this page secure and prevent abuse.
- Only if you ask for an invoice with your details: your name, address and TIN.
You enter your card or e-wallet details directly on our payment provider’s page. Parkie never receives or stores them.
3. Why we use it
- To find your parking record, compute your fee and take your payment.
- To show the attendant at the exit that you have paid.
- To issue or deliver the operator’s invoice, and keep the records tax rules require.
- To prevent fraud and misuse, and to resolve disputes.
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or track where you park across different parking areas.
4. Who we share it with
- The operator of this parking area.
- PayMongo, our payment provider (regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas), to process your payment.
- Our hosting providers (Render, MongoDB Atlas and Vercel), which store and run our service under data-protection terms, including in Singapore.
- Government authorities, only when the law requires it.
5. How long we keep it
Payment links expire after 30 days. Parking and payment records are kept only as long as the operator and tax rules require, then deleted or anonymized.
6. How we protect it
Encrypted connections, access limited by role and by parking area, a log of every staff action, and exact-match plate searches with limits on repeated searches.
7. Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 you may ask to be informed, access, correct, object to, block or erase your data, request a copy, claim damages, and complain to the National Privacy Commission. Some records, such as paid parking with an invoice, must be kept for tax purposes.
You don’t need an account: write to the operator or to hello@parkietech.com with your plate number, the parking area, and the date or payment reference.
8. Search only your own vehicle
Looking up someone else’s vehicle is not allowed and may be blocked.
